What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express on our online shopping cart with a secure server through PayPal. If you prefer to pay through a money order or check, please call us at 720-988-3725 to place your order. We can also accept credit card orders over the phone. Please keep in mind that we are in Colorado (MST) when placing your call. Your order will ship upon receipt of payment.

What is your shipping policy? TOP
In-stock orders will usually be shipped the next business day. Occasionally, there may be a reason to delay shipping your order (backorders, temporarily out-of-stock items). If an item is out-of-stock, we will contact you for further instructions. You should receive your order within 3-7 business days depending on your delivery choice, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Within three days of placing your order, if you have not received an email stating we have shipped your package please email us. Chances are we have been trying to contact you for clarification on your order. Please call 720-988-3725 or contact us for information on rush delivery. All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped USPS Parcel Post or in the most cost effective manner. Insurance is available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please ensure that you have a safe place for the carrier to deliver your package. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Up to and including $75.00=$4.95
Over $75.00=FREE SHIPPING!

Need your order in a hurry? Choose Priority at checkout. $9.30 for orders up to $100.00 and $15.95 for orders over $100.00.

We happily ship to Military Personnel stationed overseas.

Do you allow for local pickup? TOP
Absolutely!  If you would like to pickup your order, please indicate this by choosing “pickup” at checkout. We will contact you to arrange a pickup time.

Do you ship to Canada? TOP
Yes, we ship via the USPS International Mail to Canadian addresses. All orders will be charged the $4.95 flat rate shipping fee or actual shipping charges, whichever is greater.  You will be invoiced for any additional shipping charges via PayPal.  Free shipping does not apply to Canadian orders. All Canadian addresses will have an insurance option for an additional fee. If you choose not to insure, it is at the customer's discretion and the customer is responsible if the package is lost or damaged in transit. The quoted delivery times are business days and do not take into account any delays caused by customs. Shipping prices do not take into account any duties that may or may not be due upon receipt and these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.  Priority shipping is available to Canadian addresses at a flat rate of $23.  If you have any questions, please contact us.

What happens if my package is returned due to insufficient address? TOP
Unless the mistake is ours, items that are returned to us due to insufficient address will be charged the actual shipping amount required to reship the package.

Can I change my order once it is placed? TOP
Because we use a rapid fulfillment system, changes and cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed. If you have questions prior to placing an order, please call us at 720-988-3725. If you decide that you don't want an item that you ordered, you are always welcome to return or exchange it.

Do you accept exchanges/returns? TOP
We do accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the merchandise is in unused, unwashed, resalable condition. We recommend trying your new diapers on over disposables to check the fit before washing. Please contact us for instructions prior to sending your returns to us. The purchaser is responsible for the price of shipping on returned items. If you received free shipping at the time of purchase, that will be deducted from your refund.  Effective July 1, 2008, we will also charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.  If you wish, you may request store credit instead of a refund, in which case the 10% fee will be waived.

Do you have a discount for referrals? TOP
Yes, refer a friend to Denver Diaper Co. and we'll give you 5% off your next purchase with us.  Simply have your friend tell us you sent them.  The discount will be taken after the first purchase by the person you referred. This offer cannot be combined with any other special offer and does not apply to sale prices.

How do your special offers work? TOP
All discounts for special offers are calculated pre-tax and pre-shipping charges, if applicable.  Only one offer is permitted per purchase.  Thank you!

Do you recycle? TOP
To further preserve the environment, we reuse boxes and packing materials whenever possible. We hope you do the same!
